Tankmor has a number of different chemical tankers trailers for rent that are used to haul different types of petro-chemicals, acids, hazardous materials, corrosives, additives, base oils, finished lubricants, glycols, hazardous waste, non-hazardous waste, motor fuels, petroleum distillates, resins, solvents and specialty chemicals.
Our standard chemical trailer’s composition is stainless steel and vary in sizes and thickness depending on the liquid bulk products they’re hauling. The majority of trailers in our rental fleet will be insulated with an in-transit heating system. It is important to find out what the max temperature of the in-transit heat is as well as preform a thickness test and to know the working pressure.
The MC 307/407 is used to haul most general chemicals and solvents. The most common gallon size in our fleet for MC 307/407’s are between 6500 gallons and 7500 gallons.
Tankmor’s MC 312 / MC 412 trailers are used to haul corrosive acids. The most common sizes for MC 312/412 is between 3 500 gallons and 5 500 gallons. MC 312/412 tankers are used to haul extremely corrosive materials which requires a thicker barrel as these corrosive chemicals can cause thinning of the barrel. Too much thinning can cause a failure of minimum required thickness. If you are in need of a trailer to haul a corrosive acid (such as HCL Hydrochloric Acid), Tankmor has trailers with rubber liners to ensure a safe and problem free delivery of product to your end customer.
Tankmor’s stainless chemical rentals provide two different barrel style configuration depending on your transport needs, either (1) straight barrel or (2) double conical. Straight barrel tankers are the same diameter from front to rear. Double conical trailers have a smaller diameter on the front and rear getting larger towards the center of the tank making the unloading of chemicals easier and faster.
There are many configurations of chemical tanker trailers depending on the carrier’s hauling need and SDS product. Let Tankmor work with you to find the right fit of equipment for your job.
